These Terms govern your use of deesautodetailing.net and the detailing services provided by Dee's Auto Detailing. By booking, you agree to these Terms.
A $50 deposit is required to reserve an appointment. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service. Listed prices are starting points; your final price depends on vehicle size and condition and will be confirmed before work begins.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. With timely notice, your deposit carries over to your new appointment. Deposits for no-shows or late cancellations may be forfeited. (Confirm Dee's exact cancellation terms before launch.)
We perform detailing to professional standards using care-appropriate products. Results can vary with a vehicle's age, materials, and prior condition; certain stains, damage, or wear may not be fully removable. If you're not satisfied, contact us promptly and we'll work to make it right.
Please remove valuables and personal items before service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. For mobile/on-site service, please provide safe access and, where needed, water and power as arranged.
Deposits and payments are processed securely through our third-party provider (Stripe). The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed for fleet/commercial accounts.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
